My display cake for the event

 

Pink  Champagne cake covered with ivory buttercream smoothed to resemble fondant.  Fondant scrolls and lace hearts dusted with super pearl dust decorate the sides of each tier with a bottom ribbon border.

 

Silk floral rose arrangements adorn the top of each tier.

 

 

In addition to the two display cakes, I had three sheet cakes (Lemon, Pink Champagne and Kahlua Chocolate) for samples to serve to the guests.  I also had samples of cake balls (truffles).  The flavors were Kahlua Chocolate and Chambord Chocolate.  Business cards and printed brochures completed the display.

This display cake featured shell borders and side scrolls with silk floral arrangements.
