The above display cakes were designed for the Pella Bridal Fair held on Central College

Campus on January 7th, 2007.

 

I prepared sheet cake samples of Kahlua Chocolate, Pink Champagne and White cakes.

I also presented cake balls (truffles) in flavors of Kahlua Chocolate, Tequila Rose, Pink

Champagne and Coconut.
